Busha Browne’s authentic jerk seasoning is specially blended for the “jerking” of meat or fish. Used prudently prior to grilling or roasting.

Method
Step 1:
Rub the whole chicken with the salt. Grate the onion and rub it into the chicken.
Step 2:
Mix the paprika, garlic powder and soy sauce, and rub that mixture into the chicken. Rub the Busha Browne Jerk Seasoning Rub all over the chicken and allow the chicken to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Step 3:
Roast in oven at 180°c for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
