Methods
  1. Shake all ingredients, except for lemon pepepr and celery stick, in ice cubes, just until chilled.
  2. Strain over fresh ice in 2, 12oz. glasses. 
  3. Sprinkle lemon pepper lightly over both drinks. Celery stick optional.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kgs Green Prawns100g butter
  • 2 tbsp Original Pickapeppa
  • 1 tsp Hot pepper Pickapeppa sauce
  • 1 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 1 pinch Ground pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 baguette/loaf of French bread

Methods
  1. Melt butter in large glass dish in oven at 375 degrees.
    Add minced garlic, Pickapeppas, light lemon pepper, salt and pepper.Mix.
    3 .Add whole Prawns with heads on.
    4. Salt, pepper, lemon pepper on top of shrimp.
    5. Cook about 10 minutes, flip shrimp, re-season.
    6. Squeeze half lemon over shrimp, cut up lemon and put in dish.
    7. Cook another 10-15 minutes until shrimp are done (they turn pinkish orange).
    8. Pull out and stir and around.
    9. Slice bread and use for dipping in sauce.
